Key Responsibilities

As the BIM Coordinator, your expertise will be instrumental in:

• **Leading BIM Implementation:** Develop, refine, and enforce BIM workflows, ensuring alignment with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and international standards like ISO 19650 to guarantee model integrity and project success.
• **Multidisciplinary Coordination:** Oversee the integration of BIM models from architecture, structural, MEP, and other disciplines, leveraging tools like Autodesk Revit and Navisworks to detect clashes, resolve conflicts, and maintain consistency across all project phases.
• **Quality Assurance & Model Management:** Conduct rigorous quality checks, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure data accuracy throughout the design and construction lifecycle, upholding the highest standards of precision.
• **Documentation & Standardization:** Author and update BIM protocols, templates, and documentation to streamline processes and enhance collaboration across global teams.
• **Stakeholder Alignment:** Collaborate closely with design managers, discipline leads, and contractors to ensure BIM strategies align with project objectives, deadlines, and client expectations.
• **Technical Mentorship:** Provide expert guidance, training, and support to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in BIM adoption and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related discipline, paired with 10+ years of hands-on BIM coordination experience in large-scale or complex infrastructure projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACCESS, along with familiarity with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and international BIM standards.
• Problem-Solving & Collaboration: A sharp eye for detail, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work seamlessly in multidisciplinary teams to resolve challenges and drive innovation.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to mentor teams, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and articulate technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability & Initiative: The drive to stay ahead of industry trends, implement best practices, and adapt BIM strategies to evolving project demands.
