SAP SuccessFactors Expert

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Expert with extensive hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical and functional expertise across multiple SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Time Off, Employee Central Payroll, Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), and cross-module integrations. Additionally, the role requires a strong understanding of KSA, UAE, and multi-country payroll environments, including proficiency in Payroll Control Records (PCRs) and Payroll Schemas. This position demands a proactive problem-solver capable of delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors solutions while ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Central (EC) Implementation & Support: Lead the full lifecycle of EC implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.
• Time Off Configuration & Management: Design, configure, and maintain Time Off functionalities, including Time Types, Time Accounts, Time Profiles, Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, accrual rules, and associated business logic.
• Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Expertise: Provide functional and technical leadership in ECP, with a focus on KSA, UAE, and multi-country payroll compliance, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Payroll Control Records (PCRs) & Schemas: Develop, customize, and optimize PCRs and Payroll Schemas to meet regional and organizational payroll requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing.
• Cross-Module SuccessFactors Integrations: Architect and implement integrations between SuccessFactors modules (EC, Time Off, PMGM, Payroll, etc.) to ensure data consistency and operational efficiency.
• SAP S/4HANA & SuccessFactors Integration: Design and deploy integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA using SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI), including API-based integrations, data mapping, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Engage with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable SuccessFactors solutions. Conduct workshops, prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios for SIT/UAT.
• Project Delivery & Support: Oversee cutover activities, deployment, go-live execution, and post-go-live stabilization to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption. Provide ongoing technical and functional guidance to project teams.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, regional payroll regulations, and industry standards throughout the implementation and support lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in SAP/SAP SuccessFactors, with significant hands-on implementation experience in global or multi-country environments.
• Regional Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Middle East payroll requirements, particularly in KSA and UAE.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP Payroll certifications are highly advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Capable of working independently as a SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Lead, providing solution-level guidance to cross-functional teams.
