• Coordinate follow-up care and referrals, fostering continuity of treatment and optimising patient outcomes.

**Quality Assurance and Compliance:**

• Adhere to the latest dermatology clinical guidelines, ethical standards, and telehealth regulations to uphold the highest professional and patient safety benchmarks.
• Actively participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and guideline updates to drive operational excellence.
• Report patient safety incidents and near misses promptly to the Quality department, contributing to a culture of transparency and accountability.
• Monitor medication adherence and adverse effects, ensuring patient safety throughout the treatment journey.

**Telehealth and Digital Care Delivery:**
