Role Overview: Accounts Receivable (Saudis Only)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable professional to join our Finance team at Pullman ZamZam Makkah. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the financial health of our hotel by managing accounts receivable processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts and incoming payments in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform daily financial transactions, including preparing bills, invoices, and credit notes.
• Oversee bank deposits and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
• Maintain and reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in client accounts, addressing billing issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including the front office and sales departments, to streamline billing processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Saudi nationality is a mandatory requirement for this position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification from the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve client inquiries and discrepancies effectively.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all financial dealings.
