Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

The Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist will play a pivotal role in maintaining the backbone of our IT operations. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Network Infrastructure Management: Configure, deploy, and support essential network components such as routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, and internet connectivity to ensure uninterrupted operations across all sites.
• Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor LAN/WAN networks to identify and resolve connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks, and potential security threats. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to maintain optimal network performance.
• Hybrid Cloud and On-Premises Integration: Establish and maintain secure connectivity between company sites, data centers, and Microsoft Azure services. Support Azure networking services, including virtual networks, VPN Gateway, and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
• Server and Virtualization Support: Manage and support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V to ensure efficient and scalable IT operations.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce robust network security measures, including firewall policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA), access controls, and infrastructure monitoring to safeguard company data and systems.
• Disaster Recovery and Maintenance: Perform regular backups, system patching, preventive maintenance, and disaster recovery testing to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, network diagrams, and infrastructure records to support IT operations and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, or technical support is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and switching, is mandatory. Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware or Hyper-V, and Microsoft Azure is highly desirable.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues efficiently and effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
