We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead transformative IT infrastructure modernization initiatives for a premier Saudi banking client. This pivotal role will oversee end-to-end programs spanning data center modernization, cloud migration, network transformation, workplace digitalization, platform upgrades, server/storage refreshes, and resilience enhancements. As the architect of enterprise-scale change, you will ensure seamless execution while maintaining uninterrupted business operations—a critical imperative in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

In this strategic leadership position, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Program Leadership: Drive comprehensive IT infrastructure modernization across data centers, cloud environments, networks, and workplace technologies, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with architecture, security, network, and operations teams to integrate technical solutions, mitigate risks, and optimize performance.
• Vendor and Migration Management: Oversee vendor implementation, enterprise migration plans, and third-party integrations to accelerate deployment without operational disruptions.
• Risk and Resource Optimization: Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines while identifying and mitigating risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Business Continuity Assurance: Implement methodologies to minimize downtime during transformation phases, safeguarding critical banking operations.
• Stakeholder Governance: Engage with executive leadership, technical teams, and external partners to align initiatives with strategic goals and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• 8+ Years of Expertise: Proven track record in IT infrastructure project management or enterprise transformation delivery, with a focus on large-scale modernization programs.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of infrastructure domains, including data centers, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), networks, and enterprise systems.
• Certifications: PMP certification required to validate project management excellence.
• Specialized Experience: Hands-on experience leading infrastructure modernization programs, vendor negotiations, and enterprise migrations in regulated environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in banking or financial services, particularly within regulated environments.
• Exposure to cloud migration strategies and hybrid infrastructure models.
• Prior involvement in Saudi/GCC infrastructure programs, with an understanding of local compliance and operational frameworks.
