Your Responsibilities: Mastering the Supply Chain Cycle

As the Supply Chain Specialist, you will oversee a comprehensive range of responsibilities to maintain clinic readiness and operational continuity. Key duties include:

• Stock Validation and Inventory Optimization: Review and validate clinic stock-count reports with meticulous attention to accuracy, completeness, and reasonableness. Investigate discrepancies in stock movements to ensure data integrity and resolve inconsistencies promptly.
• Demand Planning and Procurement: Calculate precise supply requirements based on real-time inventory data, consumption trends, and approved coverage targets. Prepare and issue purchase orders through standardized processes, verifying all item details to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Supplier and Logistics Coordination: Monitor deliveries against scheduled timelines, escalate delays, and coordinate contingency actions to prevent shortages. Maintain robust documentation of all supplier communications, approvals, and supporting materials for audit readiness and traceability.
• Strategic Sourcing and Performance Tracking: Support sourcing assessments, conduct market research, and pre-qualify suppliers to strengthen procurement strategies. Generate weekly operational updates for leadership, highlighting open orders, shortages, delays, and pending approvals to facilitate proactive decision-making.
• Compliance and Process Adherence: Ensure all procurement activities align with Diaverum’s Supply Chain policies, approval workflows, and internal controls. Treat compliance as a professional standard, not a formality, to uphold organizational integrity and risk mitigation.

Qualifications and Experience: Building Your Supply Chain Expertise

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise and hands-on experience in supply chain management. We require:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory planning, sourcing, or supplier management, with a focus on operational execution and process improvement.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems, particularly Epicor Kinetic or similar platforms, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will further strengthen your candidacy:

• Direct exposure to healthcare, medical supply, dialysis, or clinic-support environments, aligning with Diaverum’s specialized focus.
• Familiarity with Power Query or Power BI for advanced data analysis and performance tracking.
• A track record of optimizing inventory systems in multi-site environments, ensuring scalability and consistency across operations.
