Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a technical or industrial sector, with a strong track record of resolving complex client issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software to manage interactions and track service requests.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client requirements.
