Role Overview

As an IT Account Manager at Almarai, you will play a pivotal role in fulfilling the Divisional IT requirements by optimizing the utilization of people, processes, and tools & technologies. Your responsibilities will include aligning IT services with the current and future needs of the Division while ensuring a reduction in the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). This role demands a strategic approach to managing IT resources, fostering innovation, and driving efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the Division’s business objectives and long-term goals.
• Manage and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technological solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and evaluate IT service performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with IT and business standards, including ISO and other relevant frameworks.
• Serve as a liaison between the Division and IT service providers, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
• Drive initiatives to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through strategic vendor management and resource allocation.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to IT teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in IT, with a strong background in software development and IT project management.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of IT and business standards, including ISO and other relevant frameworks.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to manage complex IT projects, stakeholders, and budgets effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
