Your Key Responsibilities

As a Projects Engineer, you will serve as the technical backbone of our project execution, interfacing with subcontractors, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver seamless and compliant outcomes. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of critical functions, including:

• Technical Interface and Compliance:
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of contract documents with subcontractors to maintain alignment with project objectives and specifications.
  • Uphold and enforce Saudi Arabia and BRF standards throughout all new projects, guaranteeing consistency and excellence in execution.
  • Maintain and update automation and electrical modification diagrams in our centralized database, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
• Project Management and Execution:
  • Identify potential issues proactively and provide strategic advice to mitigate risks and optimize project progression.
  • Deliver regular, detailed reports on project status, milestones, and challenges to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Manage projects using advanced engineering principles and methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the central database for plant schematic drawings, performing necessary modifications to reflect current and future project requirements.
• Health, Safety, and Environmental Stewardship:
  • Strictly comply with all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel and stakeholders.
  • Conduct Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) dialogues with subcontractors as required, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Ensure full alignment with the BRF Sustainability Policy, integrating sustainable practices into daily operations and project execution.
  • Promote compliance with BRF’s Sustainability Plan by embedding Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments into routine activities, thereby contributing to the company’s global sustainability goals and the broader development of the BRF value chain.

Your Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, and a commitment to sustainability. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Diploma in a Mechanical or Electrical-related field, providing a solid foundation in engineering principles.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering will be highly advantageous, offering advanced knowledge and a competitive edge.
• Proven experience in project engineering, preferably within the food manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
