Key Responsibilities:

• System & Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of IT equipment, including computers, printers, networks, and peripheral devices. Oversee network connectivity and infrastructure to guarantee seamless communication and data flow across the organization.
• User & Security Administration: Manage user accounts, access permissions, email systems, and system credentials with strict adherence to security protocols. Implement and enforce robust data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information from unauthorized access or breaches.
• Data Protection & Recovery: Develop and execute comprehensive data backup strategies and recovery procedures to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and configurations, to optimize resource allocation.
• Healthcare & Administrative Systems Support: Provide specialized technical support for our medical and administrative systems, collaborating closely with external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• System Upgrades & Innovation: Assist in planning, implementing, and upgrading IT systems, including the adoption of new technologies and software solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend and deploy advancements that enhance productivity and security.
• Branch Support & Expansion: Offer critical technical support during the launch and operation of new branches, ensuring that all IT systems are deployed, configured, and operational in a timely manner.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed records of IT incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities to improve future troubleshooting and decision-making. Ensure full compliance with internal IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data protection regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
