Key Responsibilities

As the architect of digital transformation, your role will encompass:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, ensuring alignment with both short-term operational needs and long-term strategic vision. Identify high-impact opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and data analytics to drive competitive advantage.
• End-to-End Project Management: Oversee complex, multi-phase digital initiatives spanning ERP, CRM, cloud migrations, and enterprise applications. Establish robust governance frameworks, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining alignment with business outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate diverse stakeholders—including C-level executives, department heads, external vendors, and technology partners—to foster seamless execution. Bridge the gap between technical teams and business units to ensure cohesive implementation and adoption.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, delivering transparent communication on project status, risks, and mitigation plans. Facilitate high-impact workshops and steering committee meetings to align stakeholders on priorities and outcomes.
• Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives by designing and implementing tailored communication, training, and engagement strategies. Cultivate a culture of digital adoption, continuous improvement, and innovation to accelerate transformation success.
• Risk and Compliance: Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and compliance challenges, implementing proactive mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to corporate governance, cybersecurity protocols, and industry best practices to safeguard digital assets and operations.
• Performance Optimization: Define and track KPIs, project metrics, and transformation success indicators to measure impact. Evaluate outcomes and implement lessons learned to refine future initiatives, promoting Agile, Lean, and PMO best practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent are advantageous, along with certifications in Digital Transformation, Change Management, or Enterprise Architecture.
• 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in Project Management, Digital Transformation, IT Strategy, or Business Transformation, with a minimum of 5+ years leading enterprise digital transformation programs.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale technology implementations, including ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and data analytics solutions.
• Experience in sectors such as Government, Energy, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Banking, Retail, or Smart Cities is highly preferred, with a particular emphasis on Saudi Arabia or GCC region experience.
• Technical proficiency in AI, automation, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture, coupled with a deep understanding of Change Management Frameworks and Agile methodologies.
