We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Saudi Media Buyer to strengthen our digital marketing team in Riyadh. This full-time position is exclusively open to Saudi nationals with a proven track record in media buying and campaign optimization. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and performance marketing across leading digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with our strategic objectives. Your core duties will include:

• Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop, launch, and optimize high-impact advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and YouTube to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement.
• Audience Targeting and Optimization: Identify and segment target audiences with precision, leveraging data-driven insights to build and refine high-performing campaigns that resonate with our brand’s messaging.
• Budget Management and Scaling: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while scaling successful initiatives to maximize reach and conversion potential.
• Retargeting and Performance Optimization: Implement advanced retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers and continuously optimize campaigns for improved performance, utilizing tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, and platform-specific pixels.
• Collaboration with Creative Teams: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and content creators to develop compelling, brand-consistent ad creatives that captivate audiences and drive action.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance through detailed analytics, prepare insightful reports, and present actionable recommendations to enhance future strategies and decision-making.
• Industry Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of the latest developments in digital advertising, platform algorithm changes, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in media buying, with a strong focus on performance marketing and campaign optimization.
• Platform Expertise: Proficient in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of Google Tag Manager, GA4, pixels, tracking, tagging, attribution models, and social media KPIs.
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign outcomes.
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
