Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Servant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in facilitating seamless interactions between our organization and local government as well as public sector entities. The Civil Servant will ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting the efficient execution of projects. Your responsibilities will encompass preparing and managing official documentation, coordinating approvals and permits, maintaining meticulous records, and following up with government departments to expedite processes. You will serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and providing timely updates on policy changes that may impact operations. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen the company’s standing with public authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare official documentation, approvals, and permits in compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with government departments to facilitate timely approvals and resolve regulatory challenges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and transactions with public entities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project activities align with regulatory requirements and government policies.
• Monitor and communicate updates on policy changes, legal requirements, or procedural adjustments that may affect operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance within the organization.
• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and communications with government officials and public sector representatives.
• Assist in strengthening the company’s reputation and relationships with public authorities through professional and proactive engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Proven experience in government relations and familiarity with local government processes and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of the public sector, including regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and administrative protocols.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical skills to assess regulatory impacts and propose effective solutions.
• Prior experience working with government agencies or public institutions is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines and documentation requirements.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within diverse teams and with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Arabic is essential; working knowledge of English is considered a valuable asset.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Law, or a related field is preferred.
