Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Consultant to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between our customers and Hilti’s innovative product and service offerings. Your primary responsibility will be to understand client challenges, propose tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value of Hilti’s portfolio to drive sales and foster long-term partnerships. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, consultative selling skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and pain points.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, and technical support, to develop customized solutions that address customer requirements and align with Hilti’s offerings.
• Technical Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the benefits and capabilities of Hilti’s tools, software, and services.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide expert guidance, overcome objections, and close deals by highlighting the unique value proposition of Hilti’s solutions.
• Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the team.
• Training and Development: Mentor and train internal stakeholders, including sales representatives and customer-facing teams, on product knowledge and solution-selling techniques.
• Project Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless execution of customer projects, from initial consultation to post-sales support.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in sales, technology, or construction management are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consultative sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales role, preferably within the construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of construction tools, software, and digital solutions, with the ability to articulate their benefits to non-technical stakeholders.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to field personnel.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to assess customer challenges and propose innovative, data-driven solutions.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional languages are a valuable asset.
• Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within the region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in training sessions as needed.
