We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Invoice to Cash Associate Manager to lead our local Invoice to Cash (ITC) team and drive operational excellence in accounts receivable, credit management, invoicing, and collections. This strategic role requires a blend of leadership, analytical acumen, and customer-centric mindset to ensure seamless financial processes and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

As the Invoice to Cash Associate Manager, you will:

• Lead and Develop the ITC Team: Establish clear operational agendas, prioritize tasks, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring they excel in customer account management, documentation accuracy, and issue resolution. Coordinate both office-based and field-based activities, including travel planning and account-visit priorities, to optimize efficiency and drive timely resolutions.
• Drive Process Optimization: Implement and refine local ITC processes, reporting mechanisms, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Commercial Operations, and Commercial teams. Champion data-driven decision-making to enhance operational performance and mitigate risks.
• Manage External Collections Agency Relationships: Oversee interactions with external collections agencies to ensure alignment with company policies and objectives, fostering a collaborative approach to resolving overdue accounts.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Credit Management: Lead monthly accounts receivable review meetings with key stakeholders to monitor aging accounts, set actionable priorities, and escalate risks promptly. Conduct regular credit-limit reviews and manage the blocking and release of overdue customer accounts in compliance with company policies. Approve new customer accounts within delegated authority and established governance frameworks.
• Ensure Invoicing and Documentation Accuracy: Maintain rigorous standards for customer documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and accessibility. Collaborate with Commercial Operations and Commercial teams to address proof of delivery and other documentation gaps critical to invoicing and reconciliation. Support the preparation and upload of invoices to platforms like NUPCO and Etimad, while serving as a backup for e-invoicing activities in coordination with the Controller.
• Engage and Resolve Customer Issues: Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, including NUPCO, Habib Group, and other public and private customers, through regular visits and quarterly reconciliations. Partner with Sales teams during customer visits to align on documentation requirements and sales processes. Actively resolve disputes, reconciliation issues, and payment delays in collaboration with internal partners and field collectors.
