In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the day-to-day leadership of LASK’s Saudi operations while fostering long-term growth through innovative business strategies, strategic partnerships, and market penetration. Key Responsibilities

As the Managing Director, your strategic vision will define LASK’s presence in Saudi Arabia. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Leadership: Oversee all operational and commercial activities to ensure seamless execution of LASK’s business objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Business Development & Commercialization: Drive partnerships, collaborations, and commercialization initiatives to accelerate market entry and expansion, positioning LASK as a frontrunner in the medtech and healthcare sectors.
• Fundraising & Investment Relations: Lead fundraising efforts by engaging with Saudi venture capital firms, family offices, and government-backed investment funds to secure critical capital for scaling operations and R&D.
• Investor & Ecosystem Engagement: Build and nurture relationships across the Saudi investment ecosystem, leveraging your network to attract strategic investors and mentors who share LASK’s vision.
• Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure full compliance with local regulatory frameworks while navigating the dynamic business landscape of Saudi Arabia.
• Team & Organizational Growth: Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with LASK’s core values of innovation, integrity, and impact.

Qualifications & Experience

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with:

• A proven track record of 5+ years in leadership roles within medtech, manufacturing, healthcare, or deep-tech startups, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and operational efficiency.
• Deep expertise in business development, fundraising, and commercialization, particularly within the Saudi market or global deep-tech ecosystems.
• A strong understanding of the Saudi investment landscape, including relationships with key stakeholders such as venture capitalists, family offices, and government-backed funds.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate regulatory, financial, and operational challenges effectively.
• Passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to leveraging technology to create meaningful impact in wound care and wearable applications.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
