Key Responsibilities

As a Consultant in ENT Subspecialties, you will play a pivotal role in providing specialized medical care, conducting advanced surgical procedures, and leading innovative treatment protocols. Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and treating complex ENT conditions with a focus on subspecialty expertise in Rhinology, Otology, Head & Neck Surgery, or Pediatric ENT.
• Performing intricate surgical interventions, including endoscopic sinus surgeries, cochlear implants, tumor resections, and pediatric ENT procedures.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participating in academic and research initiatives to contribute to the advancement of ENT subspecialties.
• Mentoring junior staff and residents to foster professional growth and maintain high standards of clinical practice.
• Upholding the highest ethical standards and adhering to international medical guidelines and protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience:

• Board certification or eligibility from a recognized Western or American medical board, such as the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery or equivalent.
• Completion of a fellowship in a relevant ENT subspecialty, with a strong preference for candidates holding a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a tertiary-care setting, where you have managed complex cases and contributed to high-level clinical decision-making.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of the latest advancements in ENT subspecialties.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a valuable asset but not mandatory.
