Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver high-quality breast imaging services, including mammography, ultrasound, and advanced MRI techniques, to ensure optimal diagnostic outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including radiologists, surgeons, oncologists, and pathologists, to integrate imaging findings into comprehensive patient care plans.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to expand breast imaging initiatives, aligning with regional healthcare priorities and best practices.
• Perform and oversee complex interventions, such as biopsies and other procedural imaging, with precision and expertise.
• Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
• Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives to elevate the standard of breast imaging in the region.

Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for a distinguished professional with the following qualifications:

• A Fellowship in Breast Imaging is highly preferred, reflecting a deep commitment to specialized training in this critical field.
• Proven expertise in MRI and interventional imaging techniques, including advanced biopsy procedures, to ensure comprehensive diagnostic capabilities.
• Experience in the private healthcare sector, demonstrating an ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments while maintaining excellence in patient care.
• Hold a Western board certification or CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) in breast imaging, validating your expertise and adherence to global standards.
• A strong track record of multidisciplinary collaboration, with the ability to integrate imaging findings into holistic treatment plans.
• Experience managing high patient volumes with efficiency and precision, ensuring timely and accurate diagnostic services.
