Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of clinical and administrative duties, including:

• Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough psychological evaluations, administer and interpret assessments, and provide accurate diagnoses in alignment with international clinical standards.
• Therapeutic Intervention: Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to address anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns.
• Treatment Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, integrated care.
• Psychoeducation and Advocacy: Educate clients and their families on mental health concepts, coping strategies, and resources to empower informed decision-making and sustainable recovery.
• Clinical Documentation and Compliance: Maintain meticulous, confidential, and HIPAA-compliant clinical records while adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards.
• Professional Development and Mentorship: Participate in case consultations, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and mentor junior clinicians or trainees to uphold excellence in practice.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring a robust blend of clinical expertise, interpersonal skills, and a genuine commitment to mental health advocacy. We are looking for:

• Advanced Clinical Training: A strong foundation in psychology and mental health, with proficiency in evidence-based theories and practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic approaches, and trauma-informed care.
• Psychological Assessment Expertise: Extensive experience in administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized psychological tests, including intelligence, personality, and neurocognitive assessments.
• Therapeutic Versatility: Proven skills in delivering individual, couple, and group psychotherapy, with a track record of positive client outcomes.
• Supervisory and Mentorship Abilities: Experience in clinical supervision, including guiding trainees and ensuring adherence to ethical and professional guidelines.
• Licensure and Compliance: A valid license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in Saudi Arabia, or eligibility for licensure in accordance with local regulations. Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively in multidisciplinary team settings.
• Cultural Competency: Experience working in multicultural environments, with a deep understanding of and respect for diverse beliefs, values, and practices.
