In this pivotal position, you will play a critical role in expanding our orthopedic portfolio while providing unparalleled clinical and commercial support. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering long-term partnerships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, procurement teams, and hospital leadership. Whether in trauma, joint reconstruction, spine care, or biologics, your specialized knowledge will directly impact patient outcomes and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Growth & Account Development: Lead the expansion of our orthopedic product offerings within assigned territories, identifying high-potential accounts and new business opportunities across both government and private healthcare sectors.
• Clinical & Commercial Engagement: Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and in-OR technical support to enhance surgeon confidence and adoption of PRE-MED solutions.
• Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with orthopedic specialists, healthcare professionals, and procurement teams to drive long-term engagement and business growth.
• Sales Execution & Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging market insights, competitor intelligence, and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics, translating insights into actionable strategies for management and sales teams.
• Collaborative Execution: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless product introductions, clinical education, and operational excellence.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of account activities, opportunities, and sales performance using PRE-MED’s CRM and reporting systems.
• Tender & Inventory Management: Follow up on tenders, product listings, awarded contracts, and consignment inventory to optimize business outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a passion for orthopedics and a proven track record in medical device sales or clinical support. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Medical Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
• Relevant experience in orthopedic medical device sales, product specialization, or clinical support, with a preference for candidates specializing in areas such as Trauma, Upper Extremity, Foot & Ankle, Sports Medicine, Joint Reconstruction, Spine, CMF/Maxillofacial, or Biologics.
• A deep understanding of orthopedic anatomy, surgical techniques, implants, and operating room dynamics.
• Proven experience in engaging with surgeons, hospitals, and procurement departments to drive adoption of medical technologies.
• Familiarity with the Saudi healthcare landscape, including government and private sector dynamics, is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• A commercially driven mindset with a commitment to achieving targets in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Willingness to provide in-OR support and travel extensively within assigned territories.
• A valid driving license is preferred.
