The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our prestigious team in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the hotel—including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities—are maintained to the company’s rigorous standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Team Leadership: Supervise a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal productivity and adherence to service standards.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor and manage housekeeping schedules, inventory levels, and supply distribution to maintain seamless operations and minimize waste.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to verify cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with The Ritz-Carlton’s luxury standards.
• Guest Interaction: Address guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping services in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Compliance and Safety: Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in accordance with local regulations and company policies to uphold a secure and sanitary environment for guests and staff.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including front desk, maintenance, and food & beverage, to coordinate services and address operational needs efficiently.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Nationality: Must be a Saudi national, as this position is exclusively for candidates holding Saudi citizenship.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within a luxury hotel or similar high-end environment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and housekeeping software is preferred.
• Personal Attributes: Demonstrated commitment to excellence, adaptability to dynamic environments, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
