Key Responsibilities

As the Information Systems Manager, you will be at the forefront of designing, deploying, and managing the IT infrastructure that powers Hilton Dammam Airport. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic IT Leadership: Collaborate with the Area Director of Technology Services to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with Hilton’s corporate objectives, ensuring seamless integration across multiple properties and adherence to global standards.
• System Performance & Security: Monitor, diagnose, and enhance the performance of LAN, network servers, and critical systems. Manage upgrades, directory structures, and preventive maintenance to uphold security, compliance, and reliability, safeguarding guest data and operational integrity.
• Technical Troubleshooting & Support: Address and resolve technical challenges related to personal computing, software applications, and network connectivity. Provide hands-on training and support to empower staff, ensuring a frictionless technology experience throughout the property.
• Compliance & Infrastructure Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure in strict accordance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards and certification requirements. Manage shared technology resources, backup procedures, and disaster recovery protocols to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
• Project Execution: Lead and assist with major technology projects, including workstation and server refreshes, Wi-Fi deployment, PBX installations, and point-of-sale system implementations. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to hotel operations.
• Operational Collaboration: Work closely with property management to align IT systems with hotel operations, maintaining critical site systems and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Team Development & Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor a high-performing IT team. Conduct performance evaluations, foster professional growth, and recognize achievements to cultivate a motivated and engaged workforce.
