Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the weighbridge system for all incoming and outgoing vehicles, ensuring accurate weight measurements and documentation.
• Record detailed vehicle information, including weights, material types, supplier/customer details, and quantities, with strict adherence to company protocols.
• Issue and verify weighbridge tickets and delivery documents, cross-referencing them against operational records to prevent errors.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams—Warehouse, Logistics, Production, and Security—to ensure seamless vehicle movement and documentation alignment.
• Identify and report any discrepancies in vehicle weights, documentation, or operational procedures, taking corrective action as needed.
• Maintain meticulous daily weighing records and generate comprehensive reports to support inventory and logistics management.
• Perform routine inspections of weighbridge equipment and systems, ensuring optimal functionality and promptly reporting any technical issues.
• Adhere to all company safety, security, and operational procedures to maintain a compliant and hazard-free work environment.
• Organize and maintain proper filing systems for all transactions, ensuring documents are accessible and up-to-date.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a foundational understanding of logistics or related fields.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Weighbridge Operator, preferably within industries such as feed mills, manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, or industrial environments.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, with particular expertise in Microsoft Excel for data entry and record-keeping.
• Strong numerical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate weight and documentation processes.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, to accommodate high-volume truck movements and operational demands.
• Outstanding communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
