As the Branch Manager, you will oversee all operational aspects of our specialty coffee branch while ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction. This position requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and a deep appreciation for the artistry of coffee preparation. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality, fostering strong cross-departmental collaboration, and driving continuous improvement in both service and product offerings.

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring seamless workflows and adherence to quality standards. Lead a team of baristas and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality coffee experiences.
• Customer-Centric Excellence: Prioritize customer satisfaction by anticipating needs, resolving issues promptly, and fostering long-term loyalty. Engage with customers in both Arabic and English to create an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Technical Proficiency: Master the art of specialty coffee preparation, including latte art, espresso extraction, and beverage customization. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to refine our menu and offerings.
• Reporting and Development: Compile and present periodic technical development reports to highlight operational performance, customer feedback, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a bridge between departments, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of business goals. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive collective success.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Culinary Arts. A strong foundation in specialty coffee, combined with hands-on experience in a high-volume coffee outlet, is essential. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is a must, with exceptional communication and time management skills to ensure smooth operations.
