We are seeking a Senior Discipline Engineer (Infrastructure) to join our dynamic team and contribute expertise in masterplanning, utilities, and infrastructure coordination for some of the most groundbreaking residential and mixed-use developments in the region.

In this full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical execution of large-scale infrastructure projects, including residential communities, commercial facilities, and critical utility networks. Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless delivery of world-class infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities

As the Sr. Discipline Engineer (Infrastructure), your responsibilities will include:

• Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on infrastructure design, coordination, and execution for large-scale residential communities, utilities, roads, stormwater systems, and landscape infrastructure.
• Masterplanning & Coordination: Lead sitewide infrastructure coordination, ensuring alignment between technical requirements, regulatory standards, and project objectives for mixed-use and commercial developments.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the Project Director, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery and resolve technical challenges proactively.
• Project Delivery Excellence: Apply your expertise in PMC-style project delivery to oversee large infrastructure packages, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Technical Innovation: Leverage industry-leading tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM/Revit, or other infrastructure software to enhance design efficiency, collaboration, and project outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering, with a proven track record in:
• Design and coordination of large-scale residential communities, including villas, small buildings, and infrastructure networks.
• Specialized expertise in utilities, roads, stormwater and drainage systems, and landscape infrastructure.
• Experience with masterplanned developments and mixed-use/commercial projects.
• Familiarity with PMC-style project delivery methodologies and large-scale infrastructure execution.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to coordinate with Project Directors, consultants, and contractors, while managing external stakeholders across complex infrastructure packages.
• Location & Mobility: Currently based in Saudi Arabia with eligibility for local transfer to support project needs.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM/Revit, or similar tools is highly advantageous.
