Join Plaza Premium Group: Shaping the Future of Global Airport Hospitality in Saudi Arabia

At Plaza Premium Group, we are a dynamic, globally recognized leader in airport hospitality, dedicated to redefining the travel experience for millions of passengers worldwide. With a legacy spanning nearly three decades, we have grown from a pioneering vision in Hong Kong to an international powerhouse operating across four core segments: premium airport lounges, terminal hotels, meet & greet services, and innovative dining concepts. Our presence spans over 200 locations in more than 60 international airports, where we blend accessibility with unparalleled quality. As part of our #PPGFamily, you will collaborate with a diverse, passionate team to craft exceptional experiences that set new industry standards.

We thrive on integrity, innovation, and a shared commitment to excellence. Our values—respect for diversity, collaborative problem-solving, and a customer-centric mindset—drive our success. If you are an ambitious professional who believes in shaping the future rather than merely managing processes, we invite you to be part of our transformative journey in Saudi Arabia.

Payroll and Administration Manager – A Strategic Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Payroll and Administration Manager to lead our payroll operations in Saudi Arabia and play a pivotal role in establishing a robust, scalable HR function. This is not just a role—it’s a chance to contribute to the growth of our regional team, refine our compensation strategies, and ensure seamless operational excellence for over 1,000 employees across diverse locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Leadership: Oversee the entire monthly payroll cycle, ensuring precision, timeliness, and compliance with Saudi Arabian statutory and regulatory requirements, including GOSI, WPS/Mudad, and labor laws.
  • Data Integrity: Validate and maintain accurate payroll inputs in Workday, including hires, promotions, salary adjustments, allowances, deductions, transfers, and terminations, while upholding strict confidentiality and audit trails.
  • Financial Accountability: Perform monthly payroll reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and prepare staff costing and cost allocation reports for Finance and leadership, ensuring alignment with budgetary forecasts.
  • Compensation Strategy: Conduct salary benchmarking, support compensation reviews, and administer benefits—positioning our team for long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Generate insightful workforce analytics, including payroll, headcount, and staff cost reports, to inform strategic HR and financial decisions.
  • Compliance and Controls: Implement and maintain robust payroll controls, documentation, and data security protocols to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Finance, HR, and management to support budgeting, audits, and ad hoc workforce cost analyses, fostering cross-functional alignment.

Why This Role Matters

As our operations expand in Saudi Arabia, this role offers a unique opportunity to build from the ground up. You will shape the HR framework, develop local talent, and collaborate with leadership to create a people-centric culture that drives organizational growth. Your expertise will not only streamline payroll processes but also elevate employee engagement and operational efficiency—critical pillars of our global success.

About You

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in HR or finance, with at least 3 years in payroll management or supervisory roles, including hands-on experience managing payroll for 1,000+ employees.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Saudi payroll systems (GOSI, WPS/Mudad, EOSB), deductions, and labor regulations. Proven expertise in Workday/HRIS and advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Language: Fluent in English; Arabic fluency is a significant advantage.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical, numerical, and reconciliation abilities. Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and attention to detail—with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
  • Mindset: Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed and a passion for contributing to a dynamic, evolving organization.

If you are a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a proven track record in payroll administration and a desire to influence the future of HR in a fast-growing market, we want to hear from you. Together, we’ll continue to make travel better—one exceptional experience at a time.
