Ensure strict compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards, including support for internal and external audits.
  • Team Development and Process Improvement: Mentor and develop the credit and collections team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to streamline credit processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and strengthen internal controls.

  • 2–4 years of experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or financial risk assessment, including hands-on supervisory experience to lead teams effectively.
  • Proven expertise in credit analysis, financial statement interpretation, and risk assessment, with a keen eye for identifying trends and mitigating potential losses.
  • Familiarity with credit management software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced financial modeling and reporting tools.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a significant advantage, reflecting our global workforce.
