Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing strategies across digital channels to amplify brand reach and conversion rates. Your role will encompass:

• Strategic Campaign Development: Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer-centric goals across platforms like Meta, Google, Snapchat, and beyond.
• Creative Leadership: Collaborate with in-house design and copywriting teams to develop compelling content calendars, brand assets, and creative directions that resonate with target audiences.
• Performance Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, and Clarity to interpret consumer behavior, refine user experience (UX), and enhance conversion pathways on platforms like Zid and Salla.
• Cross-Channel Coordination: Work closely with performance marketing teams to align paid advertising strategies, inventory management, and promotional tactics, ensuring seamless execution of discounts, pricing, and inventory readiness.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track engagement, sales, and conversion metrics, translating insights into actionable strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
• Task and Workflow Management: Utilize tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Asana to streamline project workflows, manage deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact marketing initiatives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge gaps between marketing, sales, design, and product teams to foster a cohesive approach to campaign execution and brand storytelling.

What We’re Looking For:

We are searching for a results-driven Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in e-commerce and a passion for innovation. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Industry-Specific Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in marketing within the retail or e-commerce sector, including agency-side experience managing retail clients or in-house roles.
• Leadership and Collaboration: A minimum of 1 year in a team leadership or supervisory role, demonstrating the ability to inspire, mentor, and align teams toward shared goals.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, customer acquisition strategies, and e-commerce platforms, with proficiency in tools like Shopify, Salla, and Zid.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong aptitude for interpreting data to inform strategic decisions, with experience using tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Clarity to optimize performance.
• Organizational Acumen: Exceptional time management skills to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders without compromising quality or creativity.
