Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with local regulations (such as Saudi Arabia’s occupational safety standards) and global best practices.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments, hazard evaluations, and safety inspections to identify potential workplace dangers and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead safety training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring awareness and adherence to safety protocols while fostering a proactive safety mindset.
• Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics, incident reports, and near-miss data to drive continuous improvement and prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to integrate safety controls into new projects, equipment upgrades, and process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including OSHA, ISO standards, and local labor laws, while advocating for sustainable safety practices.
• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, or near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
