Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Lead the analysis, redesign, and implementation of business processes using Lean, Six Sigma, or other proven frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to identify performance gaps, benchmark industry standards, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with engineering, operations, and management teams to align improvement initiatives with business objectives and secure buy-in for change.
• Change Management: Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, fostering a culture of accountability and ownership.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the success of improvement initiatives, presenting findings to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Training & Mentorship: Upskill teams through workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums to embed a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications & Skills:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with:

• A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), or similar frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
