In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy, ensuring alignment with mid-to-long-term commercial objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in building and implementing robust marketing plans, fostering strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders, and optimizing access to innovative therapies. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee the end-to-end product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and therapeutic area expertise. Craft and execute marketing plans that drive brand awareness, adoption, and market penetration.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with healthcare decision-makers, including KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), hospital networks, and distributors, to enhance product access and adoption.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to identify trends, competitive threats, and untapped opportunities. Leverage insights to refine tactical plans and optimize marketing initiatives.
• Tactical Execution: Design and implement tactical plans in alignment with brand strategy, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve and exceed commercial objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare discipline. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc in Pharmacy, or specialized certifications) are a significant advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of five years of proven experience in managing specialty pharmaceutical portfolios, with expertise in therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Endocrinology, Hematology, or Immunology. Experience in market access, commercial strategy, or medical affairs is highly valued.
• Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Arabic is mandatory, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
