As a **License Owner / Operator**, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of licensing compliance, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity. Your expertise will be instrumental in facilitating smooth operations, fostering partnerships, and driving continuous improvement within our academy’s framework. In this dynamic role, you will:

• Manage Licensing Compliance: Ensure full adherence to all licensing requirements, both locally and internationally, to maintain operational legitimacy and mitigate risks.
• Operational Leadership: Lead and oversee day-to-day licensing activities, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Regulatory Advocacy: Stay ahead of regulatory changes, interpreting complex legal frameworks to guide strategic decision-making and compliance initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with government bodies, licensing authorities, and internal teams to foster strong relationships and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
