Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Project Director, your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-End PPP Project Management: Lead projects from pursuit through delivery, including bid development, contract negotiation, and execution oversight, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Market and Client Leadership: Represent JASARA as a thought leader in the PPP space, engaging with clients and stakeholders to secure new opportunities and position the firm as a trusted advisor in high-value infrastructure engagements.
• Market Leadership for PPP Initiatives: Serve as the primary market lead for PPP projects, shaping the firm’s approach to emerging trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics in the sector.
• Project Delivery Oversight: Provide senior-level oversight across all phases of PPP project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while mitigating risks and optimizing outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring a wealth of experience and expertise in the following areas:

• Advanced Educational Background: A degree in engineering, project management, business administration, or a related field is required.
• Proven Track Record in PPP Leadership: At least 20 years of experience leading complex PPP or infrastructure projects, with a demonstrated history of successfully winning high-value PPP bids and delivering transformative outcomes.
• Expertise in Program Management and Risk Oversight: Extensive experience in program management, bid governance, and risk mitigation within the PPP space, ensuring that projects are executed with integrity and resilience.
