Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will span the entire lifecycle of travel packages, from initial design to final delivery, ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellence. Core duties include:

• Package Development: Design, structure, and cost Umrah, Hajj, and tourism packages tailored for our B2B agent network, balancing affordability, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Global Dispatch Leadership: Lead and build dispatch teams in our primary source markets—including the Far East, South Asia, and the Arab world—to ensure smooth coordination between origin and destination.
• End-to-End Operations Management: Oversee the entire dispatch cycle, from booking and itinerary planning at the origin to the seamless arrival and ground handling of groups in Saudi Arabia.
• Ground Handling Coordination: Manage the receiving and on-ground logistics for arriving pilgrims and tourists, ensuring a hassle-free experience upon entry into the Kingdom.
• Supplier and Agent Relationships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with agents and suppliers across markets, establishing industry-leading standards for service quality and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

We are searching for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in travel operations, dispatch management, and cross-border logistics. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Hands-On Expertise: Extensive experience in air ticketing, hotel contracting, inbound tourism, and outbound operations, with a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in package-based travel.
• Team Leadership: A successful history of building and managing multi-country teams, fostering collaboration, and driving operational efficiency across diverse cultural and geographical contexts.
• Market Specialization: Familiarity with at least one of our core markets, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, or the GCC, with an ability to navigate local regulations and supplier dynamics.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English to facilitate seamless communication with agents, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Relocation Readiness: Willingness to work from Saudi Arabia or relocate if required to support our expanding operations.
