Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions to ensure rapid, reliable, and repeatable releases.
• Cloud and Containerization: Lead the implementation of cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) to optimize resource utilization and enhance application scalability.
• Monitoring and Observability: Establish robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Collaboration and Process Improvement: Work closely with development, QA, and security teams to refine DevOps workflows, adopt Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices, and implement security hardening measures.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and minimal downtime for critical applications.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and contribute to the evolution of DevOps practices within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of automated deployment pipelines and cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) and familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Hands-on experience with containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep understanding of CI/CD principles, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible), and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Experience with configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet, or SaltStack) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
