Key Responsibilities:

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, in alignment with international accounting standards.
• General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and efficiently.
• Compliance and Audits: Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies. Assist in internal and external audits by providing clear documentation and insights.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets, providing analytical support for forecasting and variance analysis.
• Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, deductions, and compliance with labor laws.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, costs, revenues, and profitability metrics, offering actionable recommendations to management.
• Vendor and Supplier Relations: Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, approval workflows, and vendor reconciliations.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, enhance efficiency, and implement best practices in financial operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
• Deep knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIA are a significant advantage.
