Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic and influential position, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary strategic interface between the client, executive leadership, and all project stakeholders, fostering trust, clarity, and collaboration at every level.
• Governance & Performance Oversight: Lead high-level programme governance, ensuring robust reporting mechanisms, risk mitigation strategies, and performance benchmarks that align with both programme objectives and broader business priorities.
• Executive Insights & Decision Support: Provide actionable, data-driven insights to senior leadership, identifying critical risks, opportunities, and strategic pathways to optimise programme outcomes.
• Client & Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate and sustain strong, high-trust relationships with senior client representatives and key stakeholders, ensuring their vision is translated into tangible, executable strategies.
• Strategic Alignment & Communication: Drive alignment between programme objectives, delivery strategies, and business goals, while facilitating clear, compelling communication across multidisciplinary teams and leadership forums.
• Decision-Making Enablement: Support executive decision-making through timely, accurate, and insightful reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements & Qualifications

To excel in this transformative role, we seek a distinguished professional with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, complemented by a Master’s degree (preferred) in a relevant discipline.
• 20+ years of progressive experience in programme and project management, with a deep focus on the hospitality sector, including leadership roles in major development programmes.
• Proven expertise as a Programme Director or equivalent senior leadership position, with a track record of delivering mega or giga-scale projects, particularly in Saudi Arabia, and ideally within PIF-backed initiatives.
• Extensive experience in client management, strategic reporting, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven ability to navigate complex, high-profile environments.
• Familiarity with PMC, developer, or client-side operations, ensuring seamless integration with diverse project ecosystems.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies in compelling, actionable terms.
• A proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, high-visibility settings where strategic vision and operational excellence converge.
