Key Responsibilities

Your role will focus on driving operational excellence in merchandising while collaborating closely with sales teams and retail partners. Key accountabilities include:

• Strategic Retail Execution: Execute daily merchandising activities across assigned retail outlets, ensuring our products are prominently displayed in high-traffic areas, including shelves, stands, and floor displays, in strict adherence to approved planograms.
• On-Shelf Optimization: Maintain clean, fresh, and well-stocked displays using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles, removing sub-standard inventory and rotating stock efficiently.
• Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and report deviations from agreed terms or merchandising standards to ensure our brands remain competitive and compliant.
• Promotional Activation: Participate in in-store sampling, promotions, and redemption campaigns to enhance consumer engagement and drive trial of our products.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Provide real-time market insights and daily activity reports to your supervisor, highlighting opportunities for improvement and aligning with sales objectives.
• Customer Collaboration: Build strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring alignment with agreed merchandising agreements and addressing any non-compliance promptly.
• Professional Representation: Uphold PepsiCo’s brand standards through polished presentation, adherence to the Frito Lay Code of Conduct, and exemplary interpersonal skills.

Performance Metrics

• Execution Standard: Consistency in adhering to merchandising best practices and planograms.
• LTA (Long-Term Agreement) Enforcement: Ensuring compliance with retail partnerships and contractual obligations.
• Journey Plan Adherence: Efficiently managing daily routes and tasks as outlined by your supervisor.
