Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Delivery Leadership: Oversee the infrastructure scope across **all project phases**, from initial design through implementation, validation, and closure. • Vendor Governance and Accountability: Assume full ownership of technical engagements with vendors and system integrators. Rigorously review, challenge, and approve all deliverables to ensure **contractual compliance, technical integrity, and vendor accountability**.
• Design Assurance and Compliance: Lead the review and approval of **architecture designs, high-level and low-level designs (HLDs/LLDs)**, ensuring consistency, completeness, and adherence to organizational and industry standards. Identify and resolve design gaps, conflicts, and risks with precision.
• Cross-Domain Coordination: Facilitate seamless alignment between infrastructure, applications, and security domains. Validate system integration readiness and project dependencies to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure interoperability.
• Handover and Delivery Closure: Oversee the **completion and validation of all infrastructure deliverables** prior to handover, ensuring operational teams receive fully documented, tested, and compliant systems. Drive knowledge transfer and closure compliance.

Qualifications and Expertise
