As a Senior Marketing Manager, KSA & MEA, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our market presence across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East and Africa region, aligning marketing strategies with commercial objectives to deliver measurable growth and brand leadership.

In this dynamic and influential role, you will:

• Lead Strategic Market Activation: Partner with regional General Managers, Finance, and commercial leaders to translate business priorities, annual OGSMs, and strategic building blocks into integrated, high-impact activation plans tailored for KSA and MEA. Ensure distinct yet cohesive market activation strategies, budget oversight, and performance governance frameworks that drive profitability and brand consistency.
• Drive Commercial Growth: Act as the primary marketing liaison for KSA and MEA, ensuring all marketing initiatives—distributor programs, customer engagements, trade activations, sponsorships, and product launches—directly support revenue growth, market expansion, and channel development. Prioritize initiatives based on commercial impact, ROI, and alignment with business plans.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Regional GMs, Sales, Finance, Brand, Product Marketing, Digital, and Intelligence teams to build scalable activation models that balance local market needs with global best practices. Leverage shared EMEA capabilities—including Brand, Product Marketing, Digital, and Intelligence—to enhance market performance.
• Optimize Trade and Customer Engagement: Develop and execute high-impact trade marketing, distributor activation programs, key customer initiatives, and promotional strategies that strengthen market penetration and brand loyalty. Ensure seamless execution of product launches and market development campaigns.
• Establish Governance and Accountability: Define clear governance structures, decision-making processes, and operating disciplines to ensure consistent delivery across KSA and MEA while accommodating regional nuances. Monitor performance metrics to track progress against KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
• Influence Data-Driven Decisions: Provide actionable insights from market feedback, distributor performance, and commercial trends to inform business planning and activation strategies. Leverage data intelligence to refine approaches and maximize ROI.
