As a Company Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of steel products and other materials across Jeddah and its surrounding regions. Your role extends beyond mere driving—you will be an integral part of our supply chain, contributing to the timely delivery of goods while maintaining the integrity of our fleet and adhering to all regulatory and company protocols.

In this dynamic environment, you will collaborate closely with logistics teams, warehouse personnel, and other stakeholders to optimize delivery schedules, minimize downtime, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and proactive problem-solving skills will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of our logistics network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Transport steel products and other materials between designated locations, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle condition, fuel levels, and load security.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, delivery logs, and any vehicle or route-related incidents.
• Collaborate with dispatch teams to coordinate routes, schedules, and delivery priorities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including proper loading, securing, and handling of cargo.
• Conduct regular vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly to the maintenance team.
• Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Uphold the company’s reputation for reliability, professionalism, and customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in driving commercial vehicles, particularly in transporting heavy or bulk materials.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning software.
• Strong understanding of load security and cargo handling best practices.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as loading/unloading, lifting, and maneuvering vehicles.
• Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and communication.
• Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
