We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site role will play a pivotal part in shaping RJ’s brand narrative, marketing campaigns, and product storytelling across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep passion for storytelling to drive engagement and reinforce RJ’s premium positioning in the market.

Key Responsibilities

In this strategic role, you will:

• Develop and execute creative concepts that align with RJ’s brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and compelling voice across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, marketing, and product development—to refine messaging, campaign strategies, and visual direction that highlight RJ’s unique value proposition.
• Craft engaging, audience-specific written content for digital and print campaigns, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas that resonate with RJ’s target audience and drive brand loyalty.
• Provide constructive feedback on design and copy to ensure alignment with RJ’s brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Support the creation of marketing assets that emphasize RJ’s product benefits—such as fast-drying performance, exceptional absorbency, and long-lasting durability—while maintaining a luxurious and aspirational tone.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inspire fresh creative approaches that keep RJ at the forefront of the lifestyle and home goods market.
• Contribute to the overall creative strategy, ensuring that every initiative reflects RJ’s commitment to quality, innovation, and customer-centric design.

• Write compelling, clear, and persuasive content tailored to diverse audiences, from home consumers to travel enthusiasts.
• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, balancing creativity with practical execution to meet deadlines and business goals.
• Leverage experience in branding, marketing, or advertising—particularly within consumer goods, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors—to bring a strategic perspective to RJ’s creative initiatives.

The perfect candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in English is essential, and while not mandatory, familiarity with Arabic will be a significant advantage for engaging with both local and international markets.
