Key Responsibilities

• Design and Implementation of Security Frameworks: Architect, deploy, and continuously refine **information security frameworks, policies, and procedures** that align with industry-leading standards such as **ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI-DSS**, while ensuring compliance with local regulations like those from the **National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) and Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA)**.
• Risk Mitigation and Compliance Assurance: Conduct **risk assessments, penetration testing, and security audits**, ensuring timely remediation of vulnerabilities and adherence to regulatory requirements. Drive **Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)** initiatives to mitigate enterprise-wide exposure.
• Incident Response and Crisis Management: Lead **cyber incident response**, including investigation, root cause analysis, and post-incident reporting, to minimize business disruption and enhance resilience against future threats.
• Technical and Operational Excellence: Evaluate, deploy, and manage **advanced security tools and technologies** such as **SIEM, SOAR, EDR, DLP, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions** to fortify our security infrastructure.
• Stakeholder and Executive Engagement: Translate complex technical insights into actionable strategies for **executive leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams**, ensuring cybersecurity aligns seamlessly with business objectives.
• Team Development and Mentorship: Foster a high-performing cybersecurity team by providing mentorship, professional development opportunities, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Required Experience and Qualifications

We are seeking a **Cybersecurity Manager** with:

• 5–12 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity or information security, with a proven track record in **security operations, incident response, and risk management** within **enterprise or government environments**.
• Deep technical expertise in:
• **Security Operations Center (SOC) management** and incident response
• **Digital forensics and cyber investigations**
• **Network and cloud security architectures**
• **Vulnerability management and penetration testing**

• Strong GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) acumen, with experience ensuring alignment with **international and regional standards** (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, NCA, SAMA).
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, including the ability to **translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders** and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate complex cybersecurity challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Relevant certifications (preferred or required):
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) (Required or Strongly Preferred)
• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional), or GPEN (GIAC Penetration Tester)
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor
• Cloud Security certifications (e.g., **AWS Security, Azure Security, or GCP Security Specialist**)
• NCA or local regulatory certifications (a plus)
