Key Responsibilities:

• Program Coordination: Assist in the planning, monitoring, and execution of real estate and infrastructure programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive program documentation, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate insightful reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Support the implementation of PMO methodologies, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and consistency across projects.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, escalate issues, and propose mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• On-Site Execution: Work closely with on-site teams in Mecca to ensure smooth project delivery, compliance with regulations, and adherence to NEAM’s high standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and regulatory compliance in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
