Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize Sales & Distribution: Enhance the efficiency of Almarai’s sales and distribution channels by adhering to company standards and ensuring seamless administrative workflows for all product categories, including dairy, beverages, poultry, and more.
• Exception-Based Sales Endorsement: Conduct thorough reviews of sales sessions to identify and address exceptions, ensuring compliance with company policies and maximizing revenue potential.
• Route & Customer Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales efficiency metrics for assigned territories, providing actionable insights to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Administrative Coordination: Manage all route-related office functions, including order processing, data reporting, and coordination between field sales teams and logistics departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Performance & Feedback Driven Meetings: Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review performance trends, gather feedback, and implement strategic improvements.
