As the Senior Marketing Manager, KSA & MEA, you will play a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction of our marketing initiatives across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the broader Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This dynamic position demands a visionary leader who can translate business objectives into impactful, data-driven market activation plans that drive measurable growth, brand consistency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Your strategic leadership will ensure that marketing efforts align seamlessly with commercial priorities, delivering exceptional results across distributors, customers, trade channels, and key stakeholders. You will:

• Develop and Execute Integrated Market Activation Plans: Collaborate with KSA and MEA General Managers, Finance, and commercial leaders to craft tailored activation roadmaps that align with business plans, OGSMs, and building blocks. Maintain distinct yet scalable activation strategies, budgets, and performance metrics for both regions while leveraging shared EMEA capabilities in Brand, Product Marketing, Digital, and Intelligence.
• Lead Trade and Channel Activation: Oversee the development and execution of trade marketing, distributor engagement programs, key customer initiatives, product launches, promotions, and market development campaigns. Ensure these efforts drive sell-out, customer acquisition, and channel expansion while maintaining brand consistency and profitability.
• Foster Commercial Partnerships: Serve as the primary marketing liaison for KSA and MEA business priorities, influencing business planning through activation expertise, market insights, and performance analysis. Prioritize high-impact initiatives based on commercial alignment, ROI, and readiness, while building trusted relationships with Sales, Finance, distributors, and regional marketing teams.
• Establish Governance and Operating Disciplines: Define clear governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and operating rhythms that ensure consistent execution across KSA and MEA while accommodating local market nuances. Create a scalable activation model that supports regional needs while maximizing shared resources.
• Drive Data-Informed Decision Making: Leverage market intelligence, distributor insights, and performance analytics to refine strategies, optimize budgets, and enhance commercial outcomes. Ensure every marketing investment delivers tangible growth and engagement.
