As part of this expansion, we are seeking a Senior Dry Utilities Engineer to join our Riyadh office, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the region’s infrastructure landscape.

Your Impact

In this dynamic role, you will leverage your extensive expertise to design, plan, and oversee the implementation of critical dry utility systems—including power distribution, telecommunications, and street lighting networks—across large-scale infrastructure projects. Your work will directly contribute to the development of sustainable, resilient, and future-ready urban environments. As a senior leader, you will:

• Lead the design and optimization of dry utility networks, ensuring seamless integration with broader project objectives and regulatory frameworks.
• Conduct and oversee complex engineering analyses, including network design, cable sizing, and load calculations, to guarantee technical feasibility and efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with local KSA regulations, international standards, and utility authority requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring project success.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, multidisciplinary engineering teams, and external stakeholders to align dry utility systems with broader infrastructure goals.
• Coordinate utility corridors, crossings, and interfaces with other disciplines, ensuring harmonious integration and operational continuity.
• Develop and maintain detailed engineering documentation, reports, and technical deliverables to support project execution and stakeholder communication.
• Mentor junior engineers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Act as a technical liaison between ARX, government authorities, clients, and contractors, ensuring all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

About You

We are seeking a seasoned professional with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, complemented by a minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects, with a specialized focus on dry utilities.
• At least 3 years of direct experience in the KSA, demonstrating a deep understanding of local market dynamics, regulatory environments, and project execution challenges.
• Proven expertise in the design, analysis, and construction of dry utility systems, including power distribution, telecommunications, and street lighting.
• In-depth knowledge of KSA-specific codes, standards, and utility authority requirements, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency in industry-leading engineering software, including Civil 3D and specialized electrical design tools, to deliver high-precision technical solutions.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and an advantage with Arabic, facilitating seamless communication with stakeholders across the region.
