About the Role: Inspire, Educate, and Elevate

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our esteemed team as a full-time educator. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the linguistic and intellectual development of our students, fostering not only proficiency in English but also critical thinking, analytical skills, and a lifelong appreciation for literature. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Instruction: Design and deliver dynamic, engaging English language lessons tailored to diverse student needs across designated grade levels, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and FIP’s educational objectives.
• Innovative Curriculum Development: Develop comprehensive lesson plans, assessments, and interactive activities that promote language acquisition, literacy, and cultural awareness while incorporating modern pedagogical techniques.
• Differentiate for Success: Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate varied learning styles and abilities, creating an inclusive learning environment that maximizes student potential.
• Measure and Support Growth: Continuously monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments, provide constructive feedback, and maintain detailed records to track academic development.
• Foster a Thriving Learning Culture: Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.

Qualifications and Competencies

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• Proven Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience in English instruction, with a strong foundation in grammar, vocabulary, literature, and effective communication strategies.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field, or an equivalent teaching credential. A Master’s degree or specialized certifications in English, literacy, or TESOL/TEFL are highly preferred.
• Certification: Valid teaching certification or licensure as required by the local governing body.
• Classroom Leadership: Exceptional classroom management skills to maintain a disciplined, focused, and productive learning environment.
• Communication Mastery: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities to engage students, collaborate with colleagues, and interact effectively with parents.
• Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms, including online and hybrid teaching methodologies, is a significant advantage.
