Key Responsibilities:

• Field Operations Leadership: Lead and mentor field teams to ensure alignment with company policies, sales targets, and service standards. Develop and execute actionable strategies to optimize field performance and customer engagement.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Present actionable insights to senior management for data-driven decision-making.
• Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure strict adherence to local regulations, safety protocols, and LG Electronics’ corporate standards. Conduct audits and inspections to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between LG Electronics, distributors, and external partners to foster strong relationships, resolve conflicts, and drive mutual growth. Facilitate cross-functional coordination to align field activities with business objectives.
• Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs to upskill field teams on product knowledge, technical expertise, and customer service excellence. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Problem-Solving & Crisis Management: Proactively identify and address operational challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to field activities. Develop contingency plans to handle emergencies and maintain business continuity.
• Market Expansion & Growth Initiatives: Identify new market opportunities in Riyadh and beyond, and collaborate with regional teams to implement strategies that drive revenue and brand visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in field operations, sales management, or a related role, preferably within the electronics, telecommunications, or consumer goods industry. Prior experience in a leadership capacity is highly desirable.
• Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify patterns, and recommend improvements. Proficiency in using field management tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
